1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content hosted on Promptbook infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@promptbook.gg.

2. What to include in your notice

• Your full name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including the Promptbook URL or enough information for us to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@promptbook.gg. A valid counter-notice should include enough information for us to understand the dispute and evaluate the request.

4. Repeat infringer policy

Promptbook may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

5. Other content reports

For non-copyright complaints such as impersonation, spam, abuse, or illegal content, contact contact@promptbook.gg or use the instructions on the Contact page.

6. Designated agent

Promptbook may publish a formal designated DMCA agent once that registration is completed. Until then, copyright notices may be sent to contact@promptbook.gg.
