You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, credentials, and any API keys or integrations tied to your use of Promptbook. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. Subscription and billing terms

Certain features may require a paid subscription or other paid access plan.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any renewal charges using your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
You are responsible for providing current and valid billing information.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.
We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, and any such change will apply after notice and, where applicable, at the next renewal period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Promptbook to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or bypass service security or access controls.
Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, harmful code, or abusive automation.
Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property or other rights of others.
Harass, defame, impersonate, spam, or otherwise abuse other users or third parties.
Use the service in a way that could damage Promptbook, its systems, or its users.

5. Intellectual property ownership

As between you and us, you retain ownership of content and materials you submit to Promptbook. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

Promptbook, including its software, design, trademarks, branding, and related materials, is owned by Edgecraft Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Third-party services

Promptbook may rely on third-party providers, including Anthropic API, Stripe, analytics providers, hosting providers, and authentication or infrastructure vendors. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

7. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a harmful or abusive manner. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel subscriptions according to your billing settings.

8. Disclaimers

Promptbook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgecraft Labs LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Promptbook.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or Promptbook will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
