Fixed validation errors not appearing in the date/time picker modal.

Fixed the datetime picker to work reliably inside modal dialogs.

Fixed how the date picker positions itself in modal dialogs so it displays correctly and remains interactive.

Assessed release readiness and identified three blockers: missing CI, stale coverage data, and test isolation issues.

Reduced code complexity in a console command and resolved quality findings.
